A Coke shareholder claims that the beverage giant defrauded shareholders, employees and minority vendors of millions of dollars. Representing two former Coke employees, Ray Rogers brought his concerns directly to CEO Muhtar Kent in a meeting held in May 2016. In an email to Mark Preisinger following the meeting, Rogers inquired about the $50 million set aside for diversity initiatives in Coke's 2001 class action settlement.  He suspected that these funds were diverted to Willie Gary in a secret settlement to drop the claims of 17 Coke employees who opted out of the class action in 2001.

MARK PREISINGER and Moan assessed that the threat was imminent to the beverage giant and action needed to be taken ahead of the shareholders meeting on April 24th in Atlanta. Fearing fraud claims under the class action 'Most Favored Nations Clause', share-holder fraud, and minority vendor fraud, Coke began negotiations, according to Rogers.  Coke is just one of several corporations that colluded with The Gary Cartel. Others include Microsoft, General Motors, Ford Motor, William Morris Agency, etc.

FORMER COKE EMPLOYEE filed a complaint with the Atlanta FBI.  The complaint seeks an investigation into claims of sexual battery and fraud against her former attorney, Willie Gary.

In other news, Gary was accused of rape and eventually settled out of court with the victim, Jillian Nedd pictured.
